Al, Super sweet and friendly pup

Al is a 2.5-year-old pup brimming with love and personality! He was rescued from a high-kill shelter after being surrendered by his previous family. Al is now searching for a forever home where he can enjoy playing fetch, sticking close to his human, and simply being the happy pup he is.

He can be a bit timid but is incredibly affectionate. Al thrives on attention and is happiest when soaking it up from his people. He absolutely loves toys, especially for a game of fetch, and will happily be your playtime buddy before curling up for some well-deserved snuggles on the couch.

Ideal Home

A home with or without other dogs is perfectly fine for Al, as long as he receives the love he craves. Yards, if any, MUST be adequately and fully fenced; electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Ongoing Health

Al is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. He is kept on heartworm and flea preventatives. His adoption fee includes all vetting, which consists of DAPP with a booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, microchip with free lifetime registration, and a high-quality collar, harness, and leash.

Training & Support

Al is potty-trained and crate-trained. He knows commands and is not a big barker, except for the occasional "excitement" when the UPS truck arrives. He is very food-motivated, which is a great asset for continued training!

Transportation

Al is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. He can travel to any state, including Canada, to find his perfect home. Out-of-town transport fees can vary between $150-$350 depending on the destination.
