Luke, I'm all ears

Luke is a handsome 15-month-old with a shiny jet black coat, a touch of white on his chest, and ears that point to the sky like Spock! He's a smart boy, a mix of Labrador Retriever, American Pit Bull Terrier, and German Shepherd. Luke and his sister Leia were found together, struggling to survive on the streets. They were understandably anxious when separated at first, but with a little help from a trainer, Luke is now getting more comfortable being an independent pup. He's a sweetheart who loves pets, belly rubs, and his walks. He's also good with dogs of all sizes and is learning to use the doorbells!

Ideal Home

Luke would love a home with a yard to play in and a cool spot to relax. He'd also do best with a canine companion, as he grew up with his sister and enjoys the company of other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Luke is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Luke still has some puppy energy and enjoys digging and chewing, so providing him with appropriate outlets for his energy will be key. He's a quick learner and responds well to training.
