Dixie Darling

Dixie Darling is a sweet and sassy girl looking for her forever home! She's a 2-year-old mix with a heart of gold. Dixie loves to play and cuddle, and she's sure to bring joy to any family. She was found as a stray and is now ready to find a loving home where she can feel safe and cherished.

Ideal Home

Dixie would love a home with a fenced yard where she can run and play. She would do best in a home with no other dogs, as she likes to be the center of attention. She is not a fan of cats.

Ongoing Health

Dixie Darling is up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and heartworm negative. She is microchipped and has been dewormed.

Training & Support

Dixie is still learning some basic commands and would benefit from continued positive reinforcement training. She is house-trained and crate-trained.

• If you haven't owned a pet in over two years, a personal reference will be needed.
• We do not do same-day adoptions.

Transportation

Dixie is located at our rescue center at 34 County Road 2266, Brundidge, AL 36010. We are not open to the public without an appointment. We can arrange transport to approved adopters within a reasonable distance.
