Holliday is an approximately 2-year-old Border Collie mix with freckles across his nose, a charming Batman-like mask, and a heart full of love. He's a delightful mix of goofy charm and affectionate companionship, always ready to lean into a good cuddle. His greatest wish is to share a couch, a person, and the joy of being a lap dog. Holliday's signature "tippy taps" are an adorable display of his happiness, a sight that's sure to bring a smile to anyone's face. He's eager to connect, smart, and responsive, making him a wonderful candidate for a loving home.
Ideal Home
Holliday would thrive in a home with a yard, providing him space to explore and build his leash skills. He'd do best with older children who can handle his enthusiastic greetings, as he can be a little jumpy when excited. He would also do well with medium-energy, similarly sized dogs.
Ongoing Health
Holliday is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been tested for heartworms and treated if necessary.
Training & Support
Holliday is still learning some aspects of comfortable home life, such as navigating couches and leash walking, where he currently pulls a bit. However, he is very responsive to guidance and eager to please, making him a great candidate for continued training. He is also food-motivated, which aids in training, and he takes treats gently. He is working on not being jumpy when excited for affection.
