Layla

Meet Layla, a spirited and loving 3-year-old Husky and Australian Cattle Dog mix. Layla has a stunning coat of black, white, and tan, and a heart full of affection for her people. She's a smart and loyal companion who thrives on activity and outdoor adventures. Layla is eager to please, especially when treats are involved, and knows her basic commands.

Ideal Home

Layla would be a wonderful fit for an active family or individual who enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves walks and playing fetch, and would appreciate a home with plenty of space to explore. While she's friendly with children and generally good with people, she can get a bit overexcited and may jump up when greeting. She's also still learning how to interact with new dogs; she can be a little shy at first but warms up and enjoys playtime.

Ongoing Health

Layla is current on her vaccines but is not yet spayed. Her potty-training status is unknown, as she has primarily spent several hours a day outdoors.

Training & Support

Layla is still working on not jumping up when excited. She may sometimes growl at other dogs on leash if they appear to growl at her, but she does well off-leash at dog parks once she's comfortable.
