Meet Sparrow Oiseau, an 8-month-old, 38-pound bundle of Airedale and Heeler mix who's ready to charm her way into your heart! Sparrow and her siblings, all members of the "Oiseau" (French for "bird") litter, were born in Tennessee to a stray mom. We suspect their lineage includes Australian Shepherd, Beauceron, and Black and Tan Coonhound, among other fascinating breeds. Sparrow is eager to share her affection and perhaps teach you a French word or two (though her pronunciation might be a work in progress!).
Sparrow is a sweet and gentle soul with a playful spirit. She absolutely adores receiving your endless affection, enjoying hearty head scratches, and chewing on her favorite bones and Toppl toy. She's a fantastic fetch player and loves to explore the yard. After a good romp, Sparrow is a snuggle bug who will shower you with kisses to show her appreciation for your playtime efforts.
Ideal Home
Sparrow would thrive as the cherished "single baby" in your home. She prefers not to share attention, be left alone in her crate, or meet new people. An ideal home would be one without cats or small children, where she can be your main squeeze and enjoy all the love.

Sparrow is up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed.
Training & Support
Sparrow is largely house-broken, though occasional accidents may happen. She sleeps well in her crate after settling down and walks nicely on a leash. Sparrow has a penchant for collecting shoes and clothing and bringing them to her crate, but she doesn't destroy them! She also prefers to enjoy her meals without company. She would benefit from a patient, structured home that offers plenty of affection. All dogs require professional training to become the best family members they can be.
