Penny

Penny is a beautiful, strong 4-year-old girl weighing about 63 pounds. She is incredibly loving, and once she feels safe, she is a total love bug. She bonds deeply with her people and has that steady, soulful presence that makes you feel chosen. At home, Penny is wonderfully chill and enjoys lounging near her humans, bringing a calm, grounded energy to her space. She isn’t chaotic or high-strung; she just needs the right environment to feel secure. Penny has a fun side and lights up when introduced to water. Splashing, wading, and exploring are all things she enjoys.

Ideal Home

Penny would thrive in a quieter suburban or country home with space to stretch her legs and decompress. Busy city life, with too much noise and activity, can make her nervous. She would do best in a home with teens and older (13+). She is not cat-friendly and will need a cat-free home.

Training & Support

Penny can be selective with other dogs and needs proper, structured introductions. On leash, she can be reactive toward dogs, so she’s looking for an experienced owner who understands leash reactivity and is committed to continued training and clear boundaries. With confident leadership, she does best. She’s for someone experienced, patient, and willing to invest in her.
