Maggie

Meet Maggie! This sweet Chihuahua mix is a true survivor, rescued from a difficult backyard breeding situation. She's learning to trust and love, and it's clear she's never experienced the warmth of a home or human affection before. While she's accustomed to using pee pads, she's quickly mastering outdoor potty breaks and enjoys exploring a yard. Maggie also adores a good stroll in a doggy stroller, a fun way to see the world!

Ideal Home

Maggie thrives with companionship and will do best in a home with another dog who can provide comfort and a sense of security. She's very loving once she adjusts and sees love in return, and enjoys snuggling on the couch or her dog bed, always preferring to be near her humans or a furry friend.

Ongoing Health

Maggie is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Having spent most of her young life in a crate, Maggie is still adjusting to the outside world and can be a little shy initially. She does great with dogs and kids, and while she hasn't been formally tested with cats, she's likely to do well with them too. She's pee pad trained and is doing excellently with outdoor potty breaks, with minimal accidents inside.
