Transportation

Penelope is located in Houston, Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport is available to various drop-off locations across the US and Canada, with specific pick-up points in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
