Montu

Montu is a large, adult male Pit Bull Terrier with a gray and blue coat. His story began with heartbreak; he was found tied to a tree and abandoned, but thankfully, he was rescued and brought to safety. Since then, Montu has been nothing but grateful and full of love. He's wonderful with every person he meets, though he's still learning to manage his size and doesn't always realize how big he is. He's making great progress with his manners and is learning quickly. Montu can be a bit selective with other dogs, liking some while being reactive with others. Due to his size, meet-and-greets can be challenging, but he's being helped to build better dog-to-dog skills. He is beautifully crate trained and is practicing his leash manners. After all he's been through, Montu is ready for a fresh start with a family who will guide him, love him, and never let him down. All dogs are spayed or neutered, chipped, and up-to-date on heartworm and flea preventative, as well as all age-appropriate vaccines.

Training & Support

Montu is still learning to manage his size and can be selective with other dogs. He is crate trained and practicing his leash manners.
