Penny is a rising 3-year-old, 50-pound sweetheart with a playful spirit, a soft heart, and a talent for making her people laugh. She can be a little shy at first, preferring to observe her surroundings before joining in. However, once she trusts you, Penny is all about cuddles, loyalty, and showering you with love. This silly girl is never far from her favorite toys and always finds a reason to play. She enjoys the company of other dogs, loves soaking up the sunshine, and her goofy antics keep her foster family smiling. Whether she's carrying a toy, lounging in a sunny spot, or curled up beside her favorite person, Penny is happiest simply being part of the family. Ongoing Health

Penny is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue. The foster-to-adopt program will be in place until she has been fully treated and tested heartworm negative at our clinic. This treatment is provided at no cost to the adopter.

Training & Support

Penny is a playful and affectionate dog who would make a great companion.

• Adoptions require a vet reference, a meet and greet, and a home visit with current pets.
• Applications are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a couple of days for processing as our team is made up of volunteers.
