Kenny is a 2-year-old, 32-pound neutered Staffie and Terrier mix with a sweet, affectionate nature and a playful spirit. He's a delightful companion who loves to play, especially with other dogs of all sizes. Kenny is very social and understands when other dogs are ready to wind down. He has a moderate energy level and enjoys his toys, bones, and treats, though it's best to manage these items as he can be a little possessive of his treasures.
Kenny has been wonderful with children of all ages, showing his cuddly and affectionate side. He’s also a great people-pleaser, though he might be a bit shy and anxious when first meeting new friends. Give him a moment, and his gentle, sweet nature will shine through! While he hasn't been cat-tested, he walks beautifully on a leash, rides calmly in the car, and has no issues with stairs. Kenny is crate-trained and settles well when crated for a few hours. He’s playful, silly, and smart, loving toys and one-on-one attention.

Kenny would thrive in a home that understands his tendencies with his treasured items and is willing to guide him with patience. While he doesn't need another dog to be happy, he does enjoy playing with them and does well with dogs of all sizes.

Training & Support
Kenny is crate-trained and walks beautifully on leash. He can be a bit possessive of his toys, bones, and treats, so we recommend managed access to these items and continued positive reinforcement training to help him feel secure. He loves to play but also knows when other dogs are ready to stop.

Kenny is currently being fostered in San Antonio, TX. He can be transported out of state once matched with an approved adopter through rescue-arranged transport. Transport is included in the adoption donation of $475.
