Amanda

Amanda is a sweet, gentle, and playful little dog with a calm and loving personality. She can be a bit shy and reserved when meeting new people, so she needs a family that will give her patience, kindness, and time to build trust at her own pace. Once she feels safe, Amanda shows her affectionate and loyal side. She enjoys playing, exploring, and gets along with children as well as other dogs. She has a very noble and gentle nature. Amanda and her sisters, Nala and Violet were rescued from a stray mother dog wandering the streets of Tijuana. Out of the six puppies she had, only three of them survived. They tested positive for Ehrlichiosis but with treatment they are now recovered and healthy. Amanda is now ready for her forever family, one that will give her all the love and care she so deserves. Amanda has a lot of love to give and longs for a family who can provide her with the affection she craves. She deserves a warm and loving home where she can feel cherished as a member of the family.

Ideal Home

Amanda would thrive in a loving and kind environment. She gets along with children and other dogs, so a home with a family who appreciates her gentle nature and can offer patience as she builds trust would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Amanda tested positive for Ehrlichiosis but has since recovered and is healthy. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Amanda is leash trained and is making progress on potty training, but she will need a little more time and patience to be fully house-trained.
