About Paige
Meet Paige (ACCT-A-252785)! This sweet and intelligent girl is a total professional when it comes to being a companion. Paige is a gentle soul who is already fully housebroken and crate trained, making her transition into a new home much easier. She previously lived in a home with adults and children, where she was known for her well-mannered and easygoing personality.
Paige is a smart cookie who already knows several commands, including "sit," "stay," "come here," "cage," and "bed." She's a medium-energy girl who enjoys her walks but is just as happy to settle in for some belly rubs-which are her absolute favorite! While she is friendly and loves being around humans, she is also a loyal companion who will alert you if someone is approaching the property.
If you are looking for a loving, smart, and well-behaved friend to add to your family, Paige is ready to meet you!

06/18/2026 per staff behavioral eval: Kennel Presentation: At the front of her kennel, jumping up on the door, soft eyes, ears back, mid tail wags, loose wiggly body. Taking treats gently.
Leash Skills: Tossed treats to get her off the door and then was able to easily leash. Came right out and walked on a loose leash, ears back, loose body.
Sociability: Stayed nearby in the yard, would come over when called or when I kneeled down with soft eyes, ears back, loose wiggly body. Allowed all handling and started lightly mouthing my arm and gently jumping up on me when handling. I stopped handling and she stopped mouthing and jumping. She is food motivated and knows sit!
Play: Enjoyed carrying around the squeaky toy in the yard. Allowed all handling with the toy in her possession. Dropped it when I said her name and came to me.
Dog Interaction: Met Zebra Cakes, moving away, when greeting, tense body, tail high, ears back, moves away on her own.
Return to Kennel: Walked back loose leash, with the same body language as walking out. Went right into kennel and tried going back out, with a treat she stayed in and leash was removed easily.
Color Level: Exp Gold
06/15/2026 playgroup: Loose mid tail, ears back at the fence. Steerable 3/5 with water and 2/5 with can. High still tail, ears back when greeting in the yard. Corrected Zorro for mounting after a few seconds and staff intervening.
06/14/2026 per staff: Did well with minimal restraint and cream cheese on the door for vaccines. A little mouthy when anxious. Very friendly and approaches you for pets and belly rubs. Moves away when I tried to look at the ears.
