Sienna

Sienna is a lovely Alaskan Malamute Mix who found herself in a tough spot with her puppy. They were discovered several months ago in a less-than-ideal part of Houston, Texas, both malnourished and missing fur, clearly in need of urgent medical attention. These strays had been fending for themselves for quite some time. Sienna has made incredible progress since then! Her beautiful coat is growing in nicely, and she's gaining a healthy weight. She was also being treated for heartworms, and soon she'll be completely free of them. The best news is that her heartworm treatment doesn't seem to have impacted her health, and she's a very good girl who absolutely loves to play and bring joy to people's lives.

Sienna would likely do well with other dogs and is described as a playful and happy girl.

Ongoing Health

Sienna was treated for heartworms and is now heartworm-free, with no indication of lasting health effects. She is spayed and vaccinated.
