Wall-E is the epitome of a small but mighty lover! This 3-year-old, 29-pound charmer packs a personality as big as his heart. He's likely a Staffy/Lab mix, but one thing's for sure: he's ridiculously cute with a unique coat and an absolute adoration for people. Wall-E greets everyone like a long-lost best friend, complete with full-body wiggles, happy dances, and a desire to be right in your lap for all the pets. He truly has no strangers and would spend all day soaking up attention. He's playful, affectionate, and the perfect size for adventures, car rides, and errands. Wall-E loves to be part of whatever is happening and becomes a devoted shadow once he warms up to you.
Ideal Home
Wall-E would thrive in a home where he can be the sole canine companion, allowing him to focus on his people and build confidence and calmer social skills. He's not suited for dog parks or very dog-heavy environments. A home with a yard where he can play comfortably, and a quieter neighborhood or more suburban/rural lifestyle would be ideal. He showed curiosity towards cats but was mostly aloof and respectful, so he might do well with calm, dog-savvy cats after slow introductions and a cat test.
Ongoing Health
Wall-E is a healthy pup. His adoption fee includes all vetting: DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip.
Training & Support
Wall-E is working on his dog-to-dog social skills. He gets overly enthusiastic and doesn't always understand personal space or appropriate play. This behavior stems from excitement, not aggression. He needs continued guidance on boundaries and calmer social interactions. He can also be a bit vocal on leash when he sees other dogs. Our team has assessed and worked with Wall-E on behavioral needs, including leash walking and socialization, to prepare him for his future family.
