Meet Charlie, a delightful 5-6-year-old German Shepherd mix who weighs in at a healthy 60 lbs. Charlie is the sweetest, funniest boy who absolutely adores playtime and showering his humans with affection. He's a social butterfly and gets along wonderfully with people of all ages, as well as other dogs and even cats.

Charlie's journey began as a stray, and he faced a dire situation on the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter. Thankfully, he was rescued and, though initially malnourished and unsure, he has blossomed into a vibrant dog full of life and with a truly wonderful temperament. He's steadily gaining weight and looking better every day, ready to become a cherished companion.

Ideal Home

Charlie would thrive in a home that can appreciate his playful spirit and loving nature. He's great with kids and other animals, making him a potential fit for many family types.

Ongoing Health

Charlie is recovering from being malnourished and is currently gaining weight. He has been spayed/neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Charlie is house-trained. As he continues to gain confidence and adjust to his new life, he'll benefit from continued love, patience, and positive reinforcement.
