Sage

Sage is a sweet, approximately five-year-old terrier mix who found her way to us as a stray. This is Sage's second time with us, as her previous adopter was deployed overseas and couldn't find care for her. Sage is a people-lover who knows her basic commands. She'd make a wonderful companion for an active person or family who wants a dog to join them on all their adventures!

Ideal Home

Sage would thrive in an active home. She loves children and is good with other dogs, provided she's introduced slowly, as she can sometimes be dominant. We don't know how she is with cats.

Ongoing Health

Sage is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, and on heartworm prevention. She is also housebroken.

Training & Support

Sage knows her basic commands. While she can be a bit dominant with other dogs, she's never shown this behavior with people. Gentle introductions are key when introducing her to new canine friends.

Transporation

Sage is located in Dawson, GA. We allow out-of-state adoptions but do not ship or transport pets unseen; in-person adoptions are required.
