Meet Hercules! This handsome, sweet, and affectionate Cattle Dog mix has been with us for a while, and he's ready to find his forever home. Hercules is a smart boy with lots of love to give, but true to his herding breed nature, he needs daily exercise and a purpose to thrive. He has developed some anxiety due to his time in a kennel, but a behavioral trainer has assessed him and confirmed he has no aggression, just boundaries and triggers that need to be understood and respected. He truly blossoms when he has an outlet for his energy and plenty of opportunities to be active.

Ideal Home

Hercules would do best with an adopter who is experienced with herding breeds and understands anxiety in dogs. An active family that can provide him with consistent daily exercise, a calm and reassuring environment, and respect his individuality and boundaries will be the perfect fit.
