Hi there! My name is Charlie, and I'm a handsome 9-month-old German Shepherd mix with a heart full of love to give. I came to IDGSR after a rough start in life, where I didn't receive the attention and care I deserved. But don't let my past fool you – I'm a smart, resilient pup who is gaining confidence every single day! I dream of going on walks, enjoying pup-cups, running in a safe yard, and finding my forever family. If you're looking for an athletic, playful, curious, and altogether amazing companion, I'm your guy!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a patient and loving home. I would do well with children aged 6 and up, and I'm also good with other large dogs and cats. I dream of a safe yard to run and play in.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, and monthly preventatives. I have also been spayed.

Training & Support

I am still learning and need full obedience training to become the bestest boy around. Positive reinforcement with yummy treats like hot dogs or cheese works wonders for me! I am doing well with house and crate training, but please be patient with me as I may have an accident or two as I adjust.

I am currently being fostered near Nashville, TN. I am available for transport to the East Coast, and a transport fee will apply.
