Mango & Papaya

Meet Mango and Papaya, a bonded pair of 9-year-old spayed female best friends looking for their forever home together! Mango is a spunky 8lb chihuahua-dachshund mix with a big personality, while Papaya is a slightly shyer 9lb sweet chihuahua-yorkie mix. These two love to be close to their person or people and are expert snugglers, always ready to cuddle up with you in bed. They are both completely potty pad trained and, while they don't mind a walk, they prefer to use their potty pads.

Ideal Home

Mango and Papaya would love a home where they can be close to their favorite humans. They can be a little timid when meeting new adults and may take some time to warm up. They would do well with respectful, older children. They also get along with other dogs of all sizes.

Ongoing Health

Mango takes a thyroid medication and a liver supplement, which costs approximately $15 per month. Papaya is not on any medications. Both have already had their dental work and are up-to-date on their rabies, distemper-parvo, and bordatella vaccines.

Training & Support

These ladies are already potty pad trained. They have not been around cats, so their compatibility with felines is unknown.
