Nana (Bunny)

Meet Bunny, a 10-year-old Shih Tzu who is a total sweetheart! She is a loving, gentle, and joyful companion who is happiest when she's showering you with affection and kisses. Bunny has a medium energy level; she enjoys lounging and cuddling but still has plenty of spark left for playtime, especially when dinner is involved! She is a wonderful roommate and gets along peacefully with other small dogs, even engaging in occasional playtime with a 3-year-old foster sibling.

Ideal Home

Bunny would be a fantastic addition to almost any family. She would love a home where she gets plenty of lap time, gentle affection, and a family dedicated to helping her on her healthy fitness track. Whether she is the only spoiled princess or part of a small dog pack, Bunny is ready to fill your home with love and kisses.

Ongoing Health

Bunny is currently on a gentle weight loss journey to help support her slightly weak hind legs. She is thriving on a good diet and benefiting from red light therapy. Despite her weak back legs, she can walk and run just fine. She has not had a formal vet workup yet.

Training & Support

Bunny is still learning to use a doggy door but is a smart girl. She prefers to use potty pads indoors, but will use the potty outside if the door is left open.
