Cross

Cross is a handsome 9-year-old, 70 lb Shepherd mix with a huge heart and a love for tennis balls! He may have some retriever in him because he absolutely adores to retrieve. Cross was found abandoned at a local boarding kennel and lived there for several years until he found his foster home. He can be shy when first meeting new people, but once he gets to know you, he becomes incredibly affectionate and loving.

Ideal Home

Cross needs a home with a tall, fenced yard. He must have a medium-sized, playful female dog in the home, as he gets lonely as the only dog. He can be shy around men due to past experiences, so any man in the home will need to have a very sweet and loving personality to win him over. His ideal companion is an active woman in her 40s-50s. While he has a best friend, Ginger (also available for adoption), adopting them together is not required.

Cross is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Cross is house-trained. He may need some time and patience to warm up to new people, especially men.
