Ronin and Yuri

Meet Ronin and Yuri, a bonded pair of dogs who have faced a lot but remained loyal to each other. They are looking for a spacious home where they can run and play, ideally on a ranch, farm, or large property.

Ronin, a sweet and happy boy, was rescued in Bucerias. He's toy-obsessed and even knows how to shake a paw. He's great with people but can be unpredictable with other dogs, except for his best friend, Yuri. Due to this, Ronin and Yuri are not recommended for homes with cats or young children.

Yuri was abandoned and arrived at the shelter sick, but she has since made a full recovery. She is a quiet, gentle girl who can be timid at first but blossoms with patience. She's smart, trainable, and loves the water.

Ideal Home

A spacious property like a ranch, farm, or large yard is ideal for Ronin and Yuri to thrive. They are not recommended for homes with cats or young children.

Yuri arrived sick but has since fully recovered.

Training & Support

Ronin can be unpredictable with other dogs, so continued socialization and careful introductions will be important. Yuri is described as smart and trainable, and with patience, she will blossom.

Transportation

Ronin and Yuri are located near Bucerias, Mexico. They can be transported to the US and Canada. Approved adopters are matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet them at the airport to welcome your new pups home. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, they may fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
