Meet Lady Rose, the Queen of Cuddles and Couch Time! She's a sweet, 3-year-old Mastiff mix with a heart of gold and the cutest little white "shoes" you've ever seen. Lady is the perfect blend of gentle couch potato and goofy best friend, always ready to lean into you for snuggles or remind you of her loving presence. She has a charming way of asking for affection, melts into your lap (even though she's convinced she's lap-sized!), and gives the most endearing "but why did you stop petting me?" looks.
Ideal Home
Lady Rose would do well in a home or apartment with someone who desires a snuggle buddy, walking companion, and best friend. She is low-energy and prefers napping next to her people over running around.
Ongoing Health
Lady Rose is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworms.
Training & Support
Lady Rose is a dream on leash, walking politely beside you and checking in frequently. She is easy to handle and loves meeting new people, never having met a stranger. She is wonderful with children, knowing to be extra gentle and not jump. When it comes to other dogs, Lady has "queen energy" - she is calm, polite, and a bit aloof. She would do best with another laid-back, mellow dog or as the only dog in the household. She met a cat and was curious but cautious, showing great manners. At home, she is low-energy and enjoys napping.

Transporation
We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). A $74 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
