Ms. Mel

Ms. Mel is a sweet and playful 4-month-old female pup, guessing to be a Lab/Shepherd mix, weighing around 21 lbs. She was initially a bit timid but has quickly blossomed into a happy and easy-going dog. Ms. Mel loves to play with toys, enjoys zoomies, and is a big fan of snuggles. She gets along well with other dogs and has been enjoying playdates with her foster siblings. She's also learning to enjoy human affection. She's great on a leash, loves exploring on walks, and is eager to make doggie friends. Ms. Mel sleeps through the night in her pen and is working on her house manners. She's a super sweet pup who will surely bring joy and love to her forever home.

Ideal Home

Ms. Mel is looking for a home where she can play with toys, get her energy out with zoomies, and receive plenty of snuggles. She'd love a yard to explore and is excited about future walks and making doggie friends. As a puppy under 6 months, she'll need multiple potty breaks and exercise throughout the day, so potential adopters with standard 8-hour workdays must be willing to make arrangements to meet her needs.

Ongoing Health

Ms. Mel has received age-appropriate vaccines but may not be fully vaccinated. It is the adopter's responsibility to ensure she receives the remaining puppy vaccines at the appropriate times. Until fully vaccinated, she is at a greater risk for illness than an adult dog.

Training & Support

Ms. Mel will need to attend a puppy obedience class to help her grow into a well-socialized dog. She is also working on her house manners.
