Basset Buddy

Basset Buddy is a wonderful 60 lb male Basset Hound who is great with kids and other dogs. He's a friendly fellow who enjoys chasing his tail and has occasional bursts of energy, but he's generally a calm couch potato at heart. Basset Buddy is also a pro in the car and loves bath time! He's already potty trained and doesn't need a crate, making him a truly great buddy.

Ideal Home

Basset Buddy would do best in a home where he won't be left alone for extended periods, as he can bark loudly when separated from his people. This might make him less than ideal for apartment living.

Ongoing Health

All cats and dogs at The ARK are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines before going to their new homes.

Training & Support

Basset Buddy is already potty trained and does not require a crate.

• You must be 21 years old to adopt.
• We encourage potential adopters to bring vet records showing proof of spay-neuter, current vaccinations, and heartworm testing and prevention for dogs to help speed up the process.

Transporation

Basset Buddy is located at The ARK in Lacon, IL. We do not offer transport at this time.
