Hi, I'm Fred! I'm a handsome 5-year-old chocolate Shih Tzu mix who's ready for a patient, experienced family to help me settle into my forever home. I'm already neutered and low-shedding, but I'm still learning my leash skills and life skills, so I'll need multiple visits before adoption and a confident adopter who can support my journey. I'm working on building my confidence with love and consistency - think of me as your adventure buddy in training! I'll need regular grooming to keep my coat looking its best, but I need some extra patience for this as I'm not the biggest fan. Ideal Home

I'm best suited for an adult-only home or one with teenagers that can give me some space so I don't get overwhelmed.
