Cyrano is a 2-year-old, 61 lb bundle of affection who truly lives up to his "velcro companion" name! He's a smart, sensitive, and incredibly well-behaved boy who loves his humans more than anything. Cyrano has learned so much, including how to play with toys and sit for treats, thanks to his foster sister Duchess. While he enjoys playtime with other dogs, his absolute favorite activity is being a couch potato right next to his foster parent. He's described as loving, loyal, affectionate, adorable, quiet, calm, and obedient, and he hardly ever barks because he's so eager to please. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston where he was a staff favorite.
Ideal Home
Cyrano needs a home with a fully fenced yard (electric or underground fences are not accepted). He's looking for parents with a large heart who will cherish him as their own.
Ongoing Health
Cyrano is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative and is on Proheart 12, which provides a full year of heartworm prevention. His adoption fee covers all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
