Piper

Hey there, I'm Piper! I'm a sweet pit bull and Aussie mix, just two years young and weighing in at a dainty 33 pounds. My heart is truly enormous, and I have a very special bond with my sister, Lilly. Her comfort means the world to me, so I'd absolutely thrive in a home with other canine companions. I'm a bit shy at first and can freeze up on a leash, a habit I've had since I was little. But with a kind and gentle hand, I find my confidence and start moving!

Ideal Home

I adore children and get along wonderfully with other dogs. While I haven't been cat-tested, we can certainly explore that if needed. My favorite things include belly rubs, butt scratches, chewing on bones, and chasing tennis balls! I'm a playful and gentle soul who will truly blossom once I feel safe and loved.

Ongoing Health

I will be spayed and fully vaccinated before joining my new family.

Training & Support

I'm crate trained and respond well to gentle corrections. While my leash manners are still a work in progress, I'm a quick learner. I'm not quite potty trained yet, but based on my brother's success, I'm confident I'll pick it up quickly in just a couple of weeks. I do tend to jump up out of sheer excitement, not aggression, and I'd love some help learning better greetings.
