Bio: Cupcake is a new arrival at TAP HQ from the 400 dog hoarding case two years ago. She is doing well at HQ, and has made many friends amongst the volunteers. She is a happy and energetic girl, liking to play with toys and tug-of-war; she can be mouthy when over-stimulated. She is affectionate too, and loves scratchies. She has been on group walks, and has been non-reactive to those she is walking with.
