Steve

Steve is a 4-year-old showstopper, a beautiful blend of White Shepherd and Husky who has been with us for about 17 months. He's a smart boy who picks up new things very quickly and truly loves being engaged with his humans, aiming to please with every trick he knows – and he knows many! He'll do just about anything for a treat and loves to show off his skills.

Ideal Home

Steve would thrive in a home that will continue to challenge him mentally and physically. He's a country boy at heart and would ideally prefer to live away from the busy city. He would do best in an adult-only home or one with older teenagers (15 and older). An experienced owner who will keep him active with walks, runs, and hikes would be fantastic. Steve is currently living with older, well-socialized cats and has made dog friends, but he requires proper introductions to new canine companions. For now, he would do best as the center of attention in his home.

Training & Support

Steve is well-trained with amazing recall and can perform numerous tricks. He is currently receiving one-on-one, force-free training with Nisi and Lisi, who will provide post-adoption training support to help him continue to feel safe, loved, and secure.
