Tux Fancy Pants

Meet Tux Fancy Pants, the world's most dashing gentleman in a built-in tuxedo! With his shiny black coat, floppy ears, and a smile that could melt a glacier, Tux is the perfect blend of handsome, goofy, and sweet. He's about a year and a half old, a Lab/Pitty mix, and a true ray of sunshine. Tux is a snuggle bug who adores being near his people, leaning in for pets and rolling over for tummy rubs. He's already doing great with calm, friendly dogs and would love a chill canine buddy to romp in the yard with. Tux has also shown to be polite and curious around cats, so he might do well with a dog-savvy feline friend. He absolutely loves kids, with his gentle and patient personality making him a hit with the little ones.

Ideal Home

Tux is hoping for a home with a fenced yard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy some zoomies. Apartments are not ideal for him.

Ongoing Health

Tux is a healthy boy who has received all his necessary vetting.

Training & Support

Tux is working on his leash skills and prefers open spaces over busy sidewalks. Once settled, he has excellent house manners, is potty trained, and sleeps through the night.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably. Transport drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
