Mimi is a sweet and resilient 5-year-old female American Staffordshire Terrier mix, weighing approximately 38 lbs. She was sadly abandoned and locked in a house in Matamoros, Mexico, but thankfully, she was rescued and given a new lease on life. Despite being found severely underweight and covered in ticks and fleas, Mimi's loving spirit never wavered. Today, she's a happy, playful, and affectionate girl who adores human companionship and shares her joyful personality with everyone she meets. Mimi is social with other dogs and can live with cats if introductions are done carefully and interactions are supervised. She's active, funny, and full of love, with a gentle and eager-to-please temperament. Mimi's gratitude for kindness shines through every day, and she's looking for a family who will cherish her as much as she will cherish them.
