About Angus Loyal Little Low Rider
Meet Angus, a charming 1 and 1/2 year old with a unique "low-rider" physique, complete with adorable little legs, a long body, and a face that will melt your heart. His distinct features include little white "sock" paws, soulful brown eyes, and a perfectly mismatched pair of ears – one standing tall, the other jauntily flopped over. Angus may be small in stature, but he possesses a heart overflowing with quiet devotion.
He takes a little time to warm up to new people, which is part of his special appeal. Once you've earned a place in his trusted circle, he'll become your most loyal sidekick, showering you with affection and reminding you daily of how deeply loved you are. You can see Angus in action in his video: https://youtu.be/a3j-aeldmVo?si=HepidxTbxoVWYD27
Angus's absolute favorite part of the day is walk time! The mere sight of his leash sparks pure joy, leading him to spin in the cutest happy circles in anticipation of his next adventure. He thrives on strolls through the neighborhood, hikes on nature trails, and the simple pleasure of sniffing every interesting scent. He's a wonderful walking companion, staying close by your side with excellent leash manners.
At home, Angus appreciates life's simple pleasures: a comfy bed, a tasty treat, affectionate cuddles from his favorite humans, and a peaceful spot to relax. He is highly treat-motivated and eager to learn, making him a perfect candidate to continue his training journey with a family who enjoys spending quality time together.
Angus currently lives with other dogs and gets along wonderfully with them. He's more of a laid-back observer than a boisterous playmate, happy to join in when the mood strikes but equally content to relax nearby. We haven't had the opportunity to introduce Angus to cats, but we're happy to arrange a test if your family includes one. He also hasn't met children, but given his need for time to warm up to new people, we believe he would do best with older, respectful children who understand the value of patience in building friendships.
Ideal Home
Angus would dream of a home with a fenced yard, where he can explore, stretch his legs, and soak up the fresh air. While he enjoys indoor relaxation with his family, he'd be happiest in a home where adventures are a regular part of everyday life.
Ongoing Health
Angus is a healthy boy. All vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, has been completed. He has also been tested for heartworm.
Training & Support
Angus is treat-motivated and eager to learn. He would benefit from continuing his training with a family who enjoys spending time together.
