Meet Castiel! This joyful, year-old pup is a mix of wire hair terrier and chihuahua, though with rescue, it's always a fun surprise! Castiel comes from a place where puppies are at high risk, and by choosing him, you're not only saving his life but also making room for another deserving animal to be rescued. He's a spunky boy with a wiry coat that's likely moderate to low shedding, and he absolutely loves to play and engage. He's a natural at initiating fun and brings a unique beauty that always turns heads! Castiel has shown he can be a good playmate, engaging with another small, playful dog without being overly pushy. He enjoys a good game of chase and loves to snuggle up close afterward. He's also been great with children, showering them with affection and wanting to be part of the fun. While he's curious about cats, he seemed uninterested when he met one. Castiel is hearing impaired, but it certainly doesn't slow him down one bit! He's a social butterfly who adores other dogs and is eager to make friends with everyone he meets. This one-of-a-kind blue-eyed wonder is ready to be your loyal companion!
