Dragonfly

Dragonfly is a stunning 1-year-old Husky mix with a personality that has blossomed beautifully in her foster home! Initially shy, she's now a well-mannered, smart, and fully housetrained companion. She walks wonderfully on a leash, sticking close to her person and even heeling naturally. Dragonfly’s favorite thing in the world is her ball, which she’s even mastered throwing for herself! She's recently discovered the joy of "zoomies," and watching her is pure entertainment. She gets along great with other dogs and loves to play, though she prefers her own space during mealtimes. While curious about cats, she respects redirection and leaves them be when asked. She has made incredible progress with men, now seeking out belly rubs and affection. Dragonfly is ready to shower her forever family with love, and if you're looking for a devoted companion, she might be the perfect fit for you.

Ideal Home

Dragonfly is a bit wary of young children, so a home with teenagers and older would be ideal. She is improving daily and is eager to continue building her confidence.

Dragonfly is a healthy girl, with no known ongoing health concerns.

Training & Support

Dragonfly is already housetrained and walks beautifully on a leash. She is curious about cats but responds well to redirection. She has made excellent progress with men and is eager to please.

Transporation

Dragonfly is located in South Carolina. We provide transport to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet.
