Scottie

Meet Scottie, a 9-week-old Corgi mix weighing in at 6 lbs and still growing! This playful, affectionate, and active puppy loves to explore and have fun. Scottie's mom is a full Corgi who was found as a stray, and Scottie is one of ten puppies who are now thriving in foster care while they await their forever families. He will be up to date on three rounds of puppy vaccinations and dewormed, ready to start his new life.

Ideal Home

Scottie is looking for a family ready to commit to raising him through all the puppy stages with continued training, patience, and consistency as he learns house manners and grows into a well-rounded adult dog.

Ongoing Health

Scottie is too young to be neutered, so he will be adopted with a spay/neuter contract requiring the procedure to be completed at 6 months of age. He is also too young for heartworm testing.

Training & Support

Like any young puppy, Scottie will need continued training, patience, and consistency.

Transportation

Scottie is located in McAllen, Texas, but can be transported to the East Coast (mainly NJ, NY, PA, CT, RI, VT, NH area) with a completed adoption. There are no meet and greets. Drop-off locations can be provided. Transport is not available for New York or Philadelphia at this time due to a USDA ban.
