Dowdy is full of playful energy and loves spending time with his people. He was found as a stray and, despite his rough start, he’s ready to leave the past behind and find a family who will love and care for him forever. Born on July 16, 2022, Dowdy is currently being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas, and is eager to bring joy and energy into his new home.
