Levi

Levi is a 5-year-old, 48 lb. male dog who has been vetted and will be neutered and micro-chipped. He came to us after a difficult past where he was tied to a fence and was defensive when animal control approached him. Understandably, he was scared and stressed upon arrival at the shelter, likely due to a lack of exercise and enrichment. Levi does well with other dogs, and we believe he would benefit from having a canine companion in his new home to help him build trust and learn. This sweet boy is incredibly loyal, gentle, and affectionate once he feels safe and has had time to warm up. He just needs a patient and loving human to show him that kindness. Levi is a new rescue, and we're still learning more about him!

Ideal Home

A home with at least one other dog would be ideal for Levi, as he can learn from them and feel more comfortable.

Training & Support

Levi needs time to warm up to new people and situations due to his past experiences. Patience and understanding will be key to helping him feel secure and confident.
