Moose

Meet Moose, a delightful 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who tips the scales at a healthy 52 pounds. He's a wonderfully sweet and affectionate boy who absolutely adores people and gets along famously with other dogs. Moose is also quite curious about cats, though their feelings on the matter might be a bit different!

This charming pup lives for coffee shop outings, scenic car rides, and long, enriching walks filled with fascinating sniffs. He's a big fan of squeaky plush toys, soaking up the sun, and, of course, plenty of belly rubs. Moose is already a pro at potty and kennel training, and he's mastered commands like "place," "sit," "down," "middle," "paw," "wait," and "free." He's a super smart cookie, always eager to learn, and really thrives when he has a good routine. We're currently helping him refine his loose-leash walking skills, and while he's making great progress, squirrels still capture his attention, occasionally leading to a momentary lapse in manners as he's convinced they just want to be friends!

Ideal Home

Moose would do best with an active family who loves spending time outdoors and wants to include him in all of life's adventures. He'll thrive with continued guidance and consistency.

Moose is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Moose is potty and kennel trained and knows several commands. He is working on loose-leash walking and sometimes gets overly excited by squirrels. He is eager to learn and thrives with structure.
