Theo is a young, fun-loving Frenchie who is talkative, sassy, and a total velcro dog. He absolutely adores his fellow canine companions and would thrive in a home with at least one other playful pup. Theo is already potty trained and comfortable eating in his crate, making him ready to rejoin a family. He was surrendered due to a cluster of seizures, so his new family must be willing to administer his medication to keep him happy and healthy.
Ideal Home
Theo would love a home with at least one other playful dog. French Bulldogs are not low-maintenance and require patience with training, daily mental and physical engagement, and a family prepared for their playful, opinionated, and energetic personalities. They thrive in homes that understand and are ready for the commitment.
Ongoing Health
Theo was surrendered due to a cluster of seizures and will require ongoing medication. Prospective adopters must be prepared to manage and immediately treat episodes of IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease). All French Bulldogs need a full-service vet and at minimum, an annual vet appointment. Owners must also be prepared to administer eye drops and manage the ongoing costs of a high-quality diet, medicated shampoo, monthly heartworm prevention, and toys.
