Yosef

Yosef is a sweet, sensitive soul with a heart just waiting to be won. He's a Labrador Retriever / Border Collie mix, estimated to be medium to large in size, born around September 15, 2025. Yosef is a more calm and observant puppy, not exhibiting the typical boundless energy of his age. He's been through a lot already, arriving with his littermates from a difficult situation and requiring significant care before he was even healthy enough to start his journey. While his siblings warmed up more quickly, Yosef has remained a cautious and gentle spirit, taking his time to build trust. He's not shut down, just reserved, and happy to observe the world around him. He wags his tail and is engaged, but he's not a puppy who will jump into your lap immediately. He's learning that people are safe, and he understands that trust is earned.

Ideal Home

Yosef would thrive in a patient and structured home that is willing to allow him ample time to decompress and build trust at his own pace. A fully fenced yard is required. He needs an adopter who understands that he is not a "ready-made" puppy and will not put pressure on him for immediate interaction or affection. Consistency and a calm environment are key to his success.
