BALTO

Balto is a spirited and energetic Siberian Husky mix, just shy of two years old and weighing 66 pounds. He's fully recovered from a broken leg, but the confinement of the kennel is proving to be a challenge for this active boy who clearly longs to run. Balto is looking for a loving home where he can thrive both mentally and physically, with plenty of opportunities to burn off his considerable energy. He is strong, loves to keep moving, and would be the perfect companion for an active family.

Ideal Home

An active family would be Balto's best fit. A fenced-in yard would be a great start, and previous experience with Huskies would be a huge help, as they are known escape artists and need to be kept engaged to prevent boredom.
