Tommy Pickles is a roughly 2-year-old, 42 lb pit bull mix bursting with personality, a playful spirit, and an abundance of love to give. He's a joyful, goofy boy looking for his forever family. Tommy is affectionate and full of character. He loves to romp and play with other dogs, and canine companionship is high on his list of favorites. Whether it's a game of chase, wrestling with a dog friend, or batting around his beloved balls, Tommy approaches everything with infectious enthusiasm.
When playtime winds down, Tommy is a champion cuddler. He's happy to roll over for belly rubs, snuggle close, and soak up all the affection his people have to offer. He's a loyal companion who thrives on connection, often showing his love with kisses and by staying close. Tommy walks well on leash, with occasional reminders, and enjoys exploring the outdoors. He's a smart boy who is motivated by food and responds well to positive reinforcement training.
Ideal Home
Tommy would thrive in an active, adult-only home that can provide him with plenty of exercise, structure, and ongoing training. He is not a good fit for homes with cats or children.
