Cash is a 2-year-old Blue Tick Coonhound mix, weighing around 65 lbs. He's a confident, social, and loving boy with a big heart and a goofy personality, striking a perfect balance between being an adventure buddy and a couch nap partner. Cash truly enjoys being around people and is always ready for his next walk, game of fetch, or snack break. He makes fast friends, greeting everyone with a happy, eager attitude. While energetic and playful, he also knows how to relax and settle in for downtime after exercise, making him the perfect active best friend by day and nap enthusiast by afternoon.
Ideal Home
Cash does well with children and enjoys being part of the action. While he enjoys other dogs and could live with one after proper introductions, he would also thrive as someone's one-and-only adventure companion. He will need a home committed to structured exercise and continued training, ideally with a securely fenced yard for safe exploration. This handsome guy should not live in a home with cats due to his high prey drive. Homes with children 10 years and older are recommended.
Ongoing Health
No specific ongoing health concerns are mentioned for Cash.
Training & Support
Cash is mostly potty trained and crate trained, though he may whine a little at first when crated. He is learning his leash manners and can pull occasionally, but he is manageable with consistency and gentle guidance. He responds well to positive reinforcement and enjoys learning, especially when treats are involved. As a smart, active hound with a high prey drive, he will benefit from continued training and structured exercise.
