Phoebe

Meet Phoebe! She is a sweet, submissive, freckled, female Great Pyrenees who is almost 4 years old and weighs 80 pounds. Phoebe is a little shy when new people approach her, but she will walk right up to you on her own for pets and loving. She was rescued from a local shelter.

Ideal Home

Phoebe enjoys playing with larger dogs and leaves little dogs alone. She can be reactive towards new dogs in new environments, so slow introductions are best if there is another dog in her forever home. She is very afraid of loud noises like thunder and fireworks, so she needs a little nook to hide in when she feels compelled.

Ongoing Health

Phoebe is spayed and up to date on vaccines. She is not a big fan of grooming.

Training & Support

Phoebe is house trained and good on a leash, but has a tendency to pull. She rides well in a car and loves to look out the window.

Phoebe is currently in a foster home North of Dallas, Texas. Any out-of-state adopters are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
