Flip

Flip, an 8-year-old sweetheart, was born with a front leg deformity, but this resilient pup doesn't let it slow him down one bit! He's strong, active, and possesses the spirit of a dog with four legs and then some. Despite facing adversity, Flip radiates joy and a remarkable will to live. His past was tough; after being adopted from a rural shelter, his owners divorced and left him behind. For a long time, he lived alone on the deck of an abandoned house until he was rescued and given a second chance.

Flip's life changed when he met Gina, a gentle 2-year-old who had also recently been rescued. Found under a trailer with her puppies, Gina was shy and withdrawn after her babies were adopted. Flip's arrival brought her out of her shell, and together, they healed and became family. These two are now inseparable best friends. Both are easy keepers, fully crate-trained, and simply happy, well-behaved dogs eager to find a loving forever home. They may have had a difficult start, but their hearts are full of love and loyalty. They are ready to soak up the sun, enjoy a yard, and never be left behind again. Flip and Gina are large dogs with big hearts, ready to be the perfect fit for a family willing to welcome them.
