Ongoing Health
Storm's adoption fee of $500 includes his neuter, vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), a negative heartworm test (if he is 6+ months old at transport), a negative fecal test within 14 days of transport, a health certificate within 10 days of transport, and a registered microchip.
