Stewart

Meet Stewart! He's a playful, affectionate, and active 9-week-old Corgi mix who weighs about 6 lbs and is still growing. Stewart is bursting with puppy energy and loves to explore! His mom, a full Corgi, was found as a stray and surprised everyone by giving birth to 10 puppies. Thankfully, Stewart is one of the six who are now thriving in foster care and ready to find their forever families.

Ideal Home

Stewart would love a home where he can explore and have fun! He's a young puppy and will need plenty of patience and consistency as he grows into a well-rounded adult dog.

Ongoing Health

Stewart is too young to be neutered and will be adopted with a spay/neuter contract requiring the procedure to be completed by 6 months of age. He is also too young for heartworm testing. He will be up to date on three rounds of puppy vaccinations and dewormed.

Training & Support

Like any young puppy, Stewart will need continued training to learn house manners. A commitment to raising him through all of life's puppy stages is essential.

Transportation

Stewart is currently located in McAllen, Texas. He can be transported to your area with a completed adoption. Drop-off locations are available primarily on the East Coast, mainly serving NJ, NY, PA, CT, RI, VT, and NH. Please note that drop-off in New York or Philadelphia is not available at this time due to a USDA ban.
